    • Forend shows a long crack, scratches, and missing wood
    • Buttstock and forend both show dings and dents 
      
      • Despite this, this rifle buttstock remains remarkably intact for it's age 
• Finish is entirely gone, usurped by a uniform layer of corrosion and pitting  
  • • Carrier shows dings and dents on ventral surface, partially obscuring calibre marking 
    • Rear tang screw is badly marred 
• 24" Round Barrel
• Semi-buckhorn rear sight, with front blade
  • • Rear sight elevator missing
    • Front sight is somewhat folded over 
• Bore is very dark, with significant pitting and debris throughout. Rifling is worn
  • • Bore appears to show a ring towards the muzzle
