Used Winchester Model 1894 38-55 Win

• Tube-fed magazine (**Magazine tube is a half-length magazine tube.  Unknown if the barrel or the magazine tube is a replacement as the barrel has the cutout for the longer magazine tube on the bottom**)
• Hardwood stock with curved metal buttplate
  • **Forend has a fairly long crack along the bottom and is slightly loose.  Buttstock has a hole for a sling swivel that has been removed and a couple chips near the hole.  Appears to be a small amount of wood loss from the right side of the tang**
• 26" round barrel
  • *Barrel and receiver finish show wear and scratches*
• Front and rear open sights
  • *Rear sight appears modified; appears to have had a longer sight base that was cut off and the rear part bent up and cut into a V-notch*
• Bore is fairly dark, shows pitting throughout
• Rifling shows wear/loss from pitting, 15-35% rifling condition
