We’ve made important updates to how the auction operates. Please review the changes below to stay informed.
🔼 Bid Increments Now Tiered
We've replaced the flat $5 increment model with tiered bid increments based on the bid amount.
This helps keep bidding competitive and fair across price ranges.
How bid steps work at different price levels:

⏱ End of Auction Time Extension Reduced to 2 Minutes
To speed up the auction finish and reduce drawn-out bidding battles:

The time extension at the end of an auction has changed from 5 minutes to 2 minutes.

If a new bid causes a different bidder to be winning with under 2 minutes remaining, the auction will be extended by 2 minutes.
This gives everyone a fair chance to respond—without prolonging the auction unnecessarily.
💳 Strict Enforcement of Won Item Payments
You must pay for your won auction items by Saturday at 8:00 PM to continue bidding.
If you miss this deadline:

Your bidding privileges will be automatically blocked.

To unblock, simply pay for all outstanding items:

Credit Card: Access restored immediately.

E-transfer: Access restored within 2 business days (after manual confirmation).

📧 New Email Notifications

Thursday Evening – Warning Email
If you have unpaid items from the most recent Sunday auction, you'll get a warning. -
Thursday Evening – Block Alert
If you have older unpaid items, you'll get an Alert email stating you've been blocked, with a button to pay online. -
Saturday 8PM – Final Block Alert
If payment is still outstanding by Saturday 8PM, you’ll receive a final alert confirming you're blocked from bidding, including a checkout link.
